STEVI’S STORIES

As we read the newspaper, watch television, or scan social platforms, we are inundated with scary headlines concerning hate groups. The United States is not unique. Many question whether there was a Holocaust in WW2. Politics in the US reflect the confusion and the falsehoods that mode our thinking.

As adults, let’s set it right through education and explaining to our young, factual data and what can happen if we do not heed warnings.

“It Was Good” tries to do this through an allegory. The garden has inhabitants. Some listen and some don’t. Some act and some don’t. Then some must accept the consequences in the end.

Young readers think of this as a sweet story. However, older children can read this story and apply it to the real world, comparing and contrasting right and wrong.

In this book, we can ALL learn life lessons and hopefully, be better people afterwards.
